WCG-1 (EF/1) ‘Crocodile / Krokodil on my layout with a goods train leaving Bombay yard. These were very popular on the western ghats. Having an articulated body useful for tight curves on ghats, mainly used for freight.
Cleaning track on my layout is critical to keep trains running; in Florida due to humidity it oxidizes track and electrical conductivity is lost, I clean on an average every 6-8 weeks. I use two WDM2 Locos one pulling one pushing. The first cleaner is a Lux-Modelbau track grinder. Second is Lux-Modelbau Vacuum (both from Germany both have a DCC decoder in them)) third is CMX liquid tank filled with Rubbing Alcohol (weighs about 1 lb) . This is a heavy load for two locos especially on incline to upper deck. Locos have to strain at full power to climb it.
A new video of the most powerful loco in India Bheem, hauling a long freight train.
